Three posts of Members are also to be filled up in the CBDT. Three names are in the reckoning , namely; Prabhash  Shankar (IRS IT:1983), B K Jha (IRS IT ;1983 ) and Ms Seema Khorana Patra (IRS IT:1983).

1983 batch IRS (IT) officr B K Jha and 1983 batch IRS (IT) officer Seema Khorana Patra are likely to be appointed new Members of the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT).

Dash and Patra to be Members of CBDT ?

The CoS is believed to have cleared the names of Principal Director GIT System and Subhrat Kumar Dash and Seema Khurana Patra for the posts of Member CBDT. Both are 1983 batch IRS (IT) officers.
