Return of Anil Kumar Khachi, from Central deputation to the parent Himachal Pradesh cadre is significant. Now it is widely believed that 1986 batch IAS officer Khachi would succeed Srikant Baldi as Chief Secretary on January 1. On return, presently he has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance, Planning, Economic & Statistics in Himachal Pradesh.
