During an informal discussion there was general consensus that Arvind Kejriwal is winning the Vidhan Sabha election. There was bitter reaction “Modi may have won Trump and Putin but if he loses in Delhi elections politics of India will take a new turn and Kejriwal will emerge as a PM face”.
