What was discussed in a meeting?

At a recently held meeting of an important ministry, the officers reportedly expressed worry about the IAS officers' reluctance towards Central deputation. They were also upset that officers of other services are being appointed as Director, JS at key posts. They were also  concerned  as to  why the state governments are not relieving those officers who wants to join the Centre. In the meeting it was also said that due to political reasons states are not issuing NOC to those who wants to come to the centre. It was only discussed but no solution was found.
