What was the reason behind SHO's arrest ?

Though CBI arrested an SHO in Delhi on alleged corruption charges, if sources are to be believed, reason behind it is different. It is said that one senior police officer wanted his house to be vacated which falls under the said SHO's area and he was not taking any interest in this regard.
