Whispers in the North Block

In the aftermath of the Panchkula mayhem , it is likely that senior IPS officers of Haryana cadre on deputation , SS Deswal IPS (HY 1984) will be made DGP and Manoj Yadava (HY 1988) will be made ADG(L&O) . The Government of India seems to have given a green signal to the proposal of the HY state government on getting its officers back . SS Deswal is presently ADG-HQs in SSB and Manoj Yadava is Joint Director (Training) IB Headquarters .They seem to be willing to return as well .
