Who are the five former Secretaries in GoI ?

The PMO is in a possession of the list of five former Secretaries in the Government of India when P Chidambaram was the Finance Minister who cleared INX Media case. The case of INX Media was cleared   by the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), a national agency of Government of India, with the remit to consider and recommend foreign direct investment (FDI) and the five Secretaries were the member of the Board. Now the CBI and ED are awaiting green signal.
