Who deposited maximum gifts ?

Who deposited costly  gifts in  MEA's Toshkhana ? This question is being asked in power galleries. According to sources, one Secretary of an important ministry had deposited gifts of about 2 lakh rupees on November 8, 2016, the day when demonitisation was announced by the PM. Gifts include I-phone, 2 gold biscuits and one silver coin.  According to information, during January 2016 to April 2018, Toshkhana received gifts from total six dignitaries and officials, including PM, Minister and Secretaries.
