Race has started for the top seat of Babudom in Bihar. According to sources, tie is now said to be between APC and 1983 batch IAS officer S. K. Singh, recently repatriated 1984 batch IAS officer Deepak Kumar and 1985 batch IAS officer Arun Kumar Singh. One can wait till June 1.
