In case J & K Chief Secretary B V R Subrahmanyam is moved, he may return to the parent cadre Chhattisgarh as Chief Secretary.If he doesn’t return then 1989 batch IAS officer Amitabh Jain will succeed R P Mandal as Chief Secretary of Chhattisgarh on Dec. 1.
