Who will be MD ONGC, Videsh - IAS or IFS or --?

If sources are to be believed, in the selection for the post of MD, ONGC(Videsh), tie is said to be between IAS &  IAS officers. Anurag Bhushan, IFS and Sundeep Kumar Nayak, IAS have applied for the post. Bhushan, a 1995 batch Indian Foreign Service officer, is currently posted as India's High Commissioner, Malawi while Nayak is posted as MD, National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC). He is a 1988 batch J&K cadre IAS officer.
