Picture is still not clear as to who will be the new Chairman of the Competition Commission of India (CCI). Buzz is that 1983 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre Injeti Srinivas may become new Chairman. Insiders say the PM may not leave him from his present Gujarat job. Now 1988 batch IAS officer of Haryana cadre Tarun Bajaj is said to be ahead. He is believed to be an expert in GST and is a suitable candidate for this post.
