Who will be new Chief Secretary of Nagaland?

With the formation of new Government in Nagaland, whispering has started about the new boss of civil administration. Names of IAS officers from 1986 to 1988 batches have started doing the round. Among them one IAS officer is on central deputation and posted in Delhi , another is repatriated and waiting his new postings orders. The third IAS officer is posted in the cadre.
