In case the present Chief Secretary Rajive Kumar does not get extension then PMO’s first choice is said to be D S Mishra, Secretary, Urban Development, in the GoI. He is 1984 batch IAS officer. Rajive Kumar had also been sent from the GoI to UP as Chief Secretary.
