Who will be new CVC ?

Latest  information says, if Cabinet Secretary P K Sinha is not appointed CVC then the acting CVC - 1979 batch Haryana cadre IPS officer Sharat Kumar - will be made permanent CVC and 1985 batch IAS officer of the Gujarat cadre G C Murmu would be appointed Vigilance Commissioner.
