With the retirement of Baseer Khan, Divisional Commissioner of Kashmir in Jammu and Kashmir, approaching, all eyes are set on appointment of his successor. The post is very crucial as far as maintaining law and order in the valley is concerned. Khan is scheduled to retire this month only.
