Tenure of present ED Sanjay Mishra has been extended till September 15. Now rumour mill has started about his successor on September 16. Insiders still rated the chances of CBDT Chairman Nitin Gupta high though he is retiring on September 30. If Gupta is appointed ED before his superannuation he may get two years tenure as ED. One can only wait and watch.
