Who will be next CS of Jharkhand?

As Chief Secretary  of Jharkhand is superannuating next month, lobbying has started for the coveted post . IAS officers from 1983 to 1985 are said to be in consideration zone for the post. According to sources IAS officers  posted in Delhi are unlikely to go back to their cadre. Presently Mrs Smita Chugh (1980) is Member Secretary, Tariff Commission , Delhi, Rajiv Gauba (1982) is Home Secretary, B K Tripathi (1983) is Member Secretary, NCR Planning Board, Delhi, Rajiv Kumar (1984) is Secretary, Financial Services and Udai Pratap Singh (1984) is Vice Chairman, DDA.
