Who will be next EO ?

In the corridors of power, names have started doing the round for the post of Establishment Officer (EO), the most powerful post for IAS in GOI. If sources are to be believed this time 1986 batch IAS officer is likely to be appointed as EO. The post of EO is equivalent to Addl Secretary. Present EO Rajiv Kumar is being appointed Secretary in the GoI.
