If rumours are to be believed, a UT cadre IAS officer is likely to be appointed next Vice Chairman (VC) of the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Names of recently empanelled IAS officers Dharmendra and Bhupinder Singh Bhalla are doing the round. Dharmendra is presently Addl. Secretary in Urban Development Department. U P Singh, present VC is scheduled to retire in September . He is a 1984 batch Jharkhand cadre IAS officer.
