Who will be promoted Pr DG, Custom?

After the retirement of Arvind Singh as Pr Chief Commissioner/Pr DG in April, one post has fallen vacant in the same Grade. If govt goes by seniority then Hemant A Bhat is the senior most IRS(C&CE) officer and presently posted as Chief Commissioner, CGST & Custom , Bhopal. He is a 1981 batch officer schedule to retire in September this year.
