Who will be Secretary I & B ?

Latest information says that two 1983 batch IAS officers are in the run for the post of Secretary I & B. They are West Bengal cadre IAS officer Raghuvendra Singh who has served in the Ministry for a couple of years and Ms Upma Chaudhary, Director of LBSNAA, Mussorie. Their  reported meeting with Union I & B Minister Ms Smriti Irani has fuelled speculations  to this effect. Still  one can wait and watch.
