Who will be the new F-n-C, Western Command ?

Who will be the new F-n-C of Western Command, Navy ? This is a million dollar question. But if sources are to be believed, names of Vice Admiral A B Singh and Vice Admiral Hari Kumar are doing the round for the post. Both officers are presently posted in Delhi. Sources also said that one can not rule out the possibility of transfer of any F-n-C.
