National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science is being merged with National Forensic and Science University. Now the million dollar question is who will head the University- IPS officer or a Scientist. Presently, UP cadre 1986 batch IPS officer Nasir Kamal is the Director of the NICFS
National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science is being merged with National Forensic and Science University. Now the million dollar question is who will head the University- IPS officer or a Scientist. Presently, UP cadre 1986 batch IPS officer Nasir Kamal is the Director of the NICFS. If this post goes to a Scientist, one post of the IPS in the GoI will go.
