Who will Head Special Cell of Delhi Police?

The Special Cell of Delhi Police does not have a regular Head. According to sources, names of Sanjay Singh, Madhup Tiwari and Shalini Singh are doing the rounds for the post. These IPS officers are presently Special CP in Delhi Police.
