Why customers are not interested in taking bank loans?

Despite various lucrative incentives consumers are not interested in taking loans from Banks. As per expert’s opinion, banks are able to distribute retail loans but they need to give big loans but manufacturing units not showing interest. They also said that it is not easy to take a loan for a genuine cause from the banks and that is the reason people are not interested in loans. Banks are facing much difficulty in distributing retail loans also.
