Why Lucknow Metro is not getting passengers ?

Lucknow Metro is facing peculiar problem and because of this the metro rail is not getting passengers.  According to sources, main villain between passengers and metro is Gutka masala. It is said that during security check passengers are not allowed to carry pan or gutka. They are force to throw it in dustbin and even spitt if anyone is found chewing it. Luknowvites love purchased pan gutka more then the metro. And that is the main reason metro trains are not getting enough passengers.
