In the corridors, it is said that 1984 batch IAS officer Rina Ray was not in favour of certain provisions of the New Education Policy of the NDA Government. One source, however, links it with DHRUV scheme which is the pet project of HRD minister.Finally, the Minister reportedly made a complaint to the PMO.
