Why Spl Secretary was stripped off Spokesperson's responsibility?

In the corridors of power, every one is trying to find out the possible reason why a Special Secretary was withdrawn from the responsibility of the Spokesperson when the country is passing in critical stage to combat CoronaVirus outbreak? Sanjeeva Kumar, Special Secretary, MoH&FW had been declared as spokesperson of the ministry for CoronaVirus related information and he was addressing the media daily in the initial days. But after 10 days or so Lav Agrawal, JS has been given this responsibility.
