Will 1984 batch IPS be new CBI Chief ?

High powered meeting to select new CBI Chief is scheduled to be held on May 24.In the corridors of power it is widely believed that a 1984 batch IPS officer will make it. No body except MP Narendra Modi can predict the name.Can the Government  decide not to consider any officer of this batch who has left no six months service ?.If this criteria is taken seriously the entire 1984 batch IPS will not be considered for this post.
