Will a Special Director IB move to CISF or NIA ?

Grapevine has it that one Special Director of the Intelligence Bureau (IB)   is moving to either NIA or CISF as DG. Earlier there were reports of one Special Director’s posting as Security in the GoI. One can wait and watch.
