Will an economist be Vice President of NDB

Indication is that an economist  and any IAS officer will go to China  as Vice President of the New Development Bank’s (NDB). Tenure of present Vice President Anil Kishora a banker  with 38 years of experience at India’s largest bank, State Bank of India (SBI). Before joining the NDB, he worked as the deputy managing director and chief risk officer of the state-run SBI.This time any banker is unlikely to be appointed.
