Will an OSD be appointed in CBI?
Rumour is high that govt is in a mood to appoint an OSD of Director rank in CBI and to request SC also for this move. Present Interim Director can not take any policy decision. To break this logjam OSD's appointment idea is being floated. Now big question is will Court allow?.
