After the exit of Amarjeet Sinha, speculations are rife that Gujarat Chief Secretary Anil Mukim who is retiring on August 31 may join the PMO. Sources close to Mukim, however, said he would like to remain in Gujarat. He is a 1985 batch IAS officer.
