Will Bhalla be CS or RC, Nagaland?
If govt goes by seniority then Dr D Bhalla , a 1986 batch IAS officer of Nagalnd cadre could be new Chief Secretary of the state. Bhalla who was Secretary, Lok Sabha has been repatriated recently as RC Nagaland in Delhi. He is scheduled to retire in September this year.
