Will BPCL wait for stake sale to fill post of one Independent Director ?
Rajesh Kumar Mangal, Independent Director, has ceased to be Director on Board of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd (BPCL) w.e.f. December 1, 2019. It is to be seen if Govt awaits stake sale in BPCL as then a new Independent Director could come from the buyer of stake.
