Will CS of Manipur get third extension?

In the power galleries, lips are tight about Rajani Ranjan Rashmi, Chief Secretary, Manipur. Whether he will get third extension is a million dollar question ? A 1983 batch IAS officer has already been given two extensions of three months each. According to sources, this time GoI is unlikely to give him third extension. He was schedule to retire in September 2017. His second extension is going to expire in March this year.
