Will D S Mishra join PMO or EC?

Now the tough job given to D S Mishra after retirement from Secretary, Government of India to Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh will have no relevance after Vidhan Sabha elections results are announced on March 10. Now insiders say that 1984 batch UP cadre IAS officer Mishra would now return either to the PMO or as Member of the Election Commission in May.
