Will deep rooted be uprooted ?

If sources are to be believed, Ministry of Railways is likely to remove those officials and employees who are sitting at one place for the last many years, say more than five years. This formula could be introduced from Railway Board, Zonal and Division level. It is said that this has necessitated to tone up the working. But the big question is will it be a reality ?
