Will DG, UP get political support?

After participating at a symposium in Lucknow Dr Surya Kumar Shukla, DG, Home Guard , UP is in news these days. It is because he allegedly took a pledge to build Ram temple in Ayodhya. He is scheduled to retire in August this year. He is a 1982 batch IPS officer. Now the billion Dollar question is that will he get any political party's support on the issue?
