Will DGP of UP get extension?

Sulkhan Singh, DGP UP will superannuate in September this year but whispering has started - whether he will get extension or not? It is said that the govt is also in a fix. If Yogi govt follows SC order than Singh  is likely to get 1year extension. He became DGP of the state in April this year.

If Yogi govt follows SC order than Singh is likely to get 1year extension. He became DGP of the state in April this year. He is a 1980 batch IPS officer.
