Dr Dharmendra S Gangawar likely to be called back to Bihar if Tejaswi Yadav becomes the Chief Minister. He is a 1988 batch IAS officer and presently posted as Spl. Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Sources said he will be posted in the CMO.
