Will ED honour SC directive ?
SC has given directives that those ED officers who are involved in Coal probing,should not be transferred. Now Vishal Sanap, JD, ED, Ahmedabad, is associated with Coal investigations, is going to complete his tenure. All eyes on will he get extension? He is an IRS(C&E) officer.
