As the bulk vacancies at CMD, MD and Director levels are arising in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in 2021, the Government of India is yet to fill or advertise the posts. All the selections and advertisements at the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) are lying pending for want of appointment of its Chairman. The post of Chairman has been lying vacant since September 1, 2020.
