Will IAS have unadjusted lion shares in Central Deputation Reserve ?

It is observed in the current problem of amendment in IAS rules that is something which very few or none are aware of. The Indian Administrative Service (IAS) has a Central Deputation Reserve (CDR) of 1300 posts where under the central staffing scheme 540 posts are for DS/DR; 390 for JS and 200 for AS and Secretary. If all posts provided to IAS then also they will have 300 additional posts, which will not be able to get adjusted, according to sources.
