Will IPS officer be ACS in CMs Secretariat in HP ?
It is rumoured that on his return from central deputation, Sanjay Kundu is being appointed ACS in the CMs Secretariat in Himachal Pradesh. He is 1989 batch IPS officer. Meanwhile there is a report that after waiting for this, Kundu has proceeded on two months leave. Any reason ?
