Will J&K have two Secretariates ?
Newly created UT J&K will have two Secretariates. One in Kashmir and the second another in Jammu. According to information, 19 departments will function from Srinagar while remaining 18 departments will come under Jammu Secretariat. Will it prove fruitful to the UT ?
