Will John Joseph succeed Das as CBIC Chairman ?

Number two in the CBIC John Joseph who was denied the Chairmanship last time may be given his due this time. Logically, John Joseph being the senior most may be made the Chairman. He has been the architect of GST. Only minus point is he is retiring after five months. One can wait and watch.
