Will Justice Sachdeva be acting CJ of MP High Court?

Whisper has it that Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva of Delhi High Court is likely to be the acting Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court after the retirement of Justice Ravi Malimath. One judicial circle is of the opinion that Justice Sheel Nagu may be the acting CJ. Since Justice Nagu is senior to Justice Sachdeva the ball will be now in the court of the President of India because the code of conduct is in force.
