Will Khulbe get extension or become EC ?

Corridors of Power are  abuzz that Bhaskar Khulbe , Secretary , PMO  is likely to get three months extension in service. But some sources say that his name is also doing the round for the post of Election Commissioner (EC). Sources further say that he is likely to get post retirement job.
